I can't check the online-situation of my order according to the tracking number,what can i do now?

Please check if you have written the entire tracking number in the searching form.

If you make sure the tracking number is entire and correct, then please check the date we inform you the tracking number.

Post office needs about 3-5 business to update the situation, that is normal.

If you don’t get the online tracking number information after one week from the time we informed you, please inform us immediately.
