- Any orders that are unused, unopened or defective within postmarked 5 calender days of delivery date[*]
We do not accept returns which are based on limitations in the software. 

Please note that customers should take responsibility for the postage to return and resend again. It will just cost you 5USD if you send back by normal post.
Please contact with your post office directly to confirm this and do not look the postage information from internet which is not correct. We really don’t want our customer to hold a faulty item.

[*] Definition of delivery date: The delivery date is displayed on the courier’s tracking site. For orders that do not have online delivery dates provided by the courier, the delivery date is assumed to be 15 calendar days after shipment.
