We have rechecked your item. It has a little scrape because of the long shipping and rough handing. We try our best to replace the item but the supplier refuse to do so as it is not their fault. We are negotiating with them now.

The lost is for both of us. However, we will try our best to give you a good service and agree to resend you another brand new item.

Here are some solutions for the case:
1. RESEND. You pay the shipping cost 30% of the package values USD188.59 and we resend (amount is according to the weight), Pease give us your full address and phone number, including your Name, room number, street address, City, Zip code, Country. Or you can give us your P.O Box. All detail for sending.

2. REFUND. We will deduct some money for all the handling fee (including shipping fee, transaction fee, depreciation) and then  give you a 65% partial refund (If you paid extra money for DHL. UPS or EMS fee, we will deduct the shipping fee. As we are unable to get postage back from post office.).
As we state: "Please give us your decision within 5 days. If we can’t got any response in 5 days, we will give you partial refund".
