Could you send a photo about the item that you received to us in attachment ?
1, Please send a picture of the custom declaration form on the parcel and the opposite side to us, so we will know the weight of package and the package details.
2 Please send a picture of the model and PO number that we mark on the item, if it is packed by the box; it is beside the box,
By the way, Please tell us whether the package is hermetic when you sign it?
