1,Please inform the addressee to report the content
missing/ damage to your local post office directly for an investigation and obtain a damage report to ascertain whether compensation is payable while the addressee has the prior to claim.
2,Please come back to us, and ask us to write a check request to our post office.
3,Please send a picture of the green paper on the parcel and all the things that you got to us.
We want to know the weight of package we sent and we can check whether we have not send the phone to you or the phone has been stolen.
4,Please tell us whether the package is hermetic when you sign it
If you found the parcel is damaged or not as described, you should not sign your name.
